How the Zanzibar Transfer Works (Day 7)
Depart Ngorongoro rim ~7:00am → Arrive Arusha ~10:00am → Airport check-in by noon → Flight 1:30–2:00pm → Zanzibar ~3:00pm → Beach hotel by 4:00pm.
Luggage tip: Use soft duffel bags on safari. Hard suitcases are fine from Zanzibar. We advise on this at booking.

Is the Zanzibar visa separate?
No. Zanzibar is part of Tanzania. Your Tanzania e-visa covers both the mainland and the island. No additional visa required.
Which part of Zanzibar for beaches?
North coast (Nungwi, Kendwa) offers calm swimming year-round. East coast (Paje, Bwejuu) is better for watersports, especially kitesurfing June–September. We match placement to your travel month.
Can we extend the Zanzibar stay?
Yes — 4 or 5 nights is popular. Add a sailing dhow trip, Prison Island giant tortoises, or diving at Mnemba Atoll. We build it in.
Peak-season Zanzibar beachfront properties fill fast — particularly with honeymooners and couples in July–October.
